Stay-Comtrol Integration Enhancement

The following enhancements are made to the Stay-Comtrol integration:

  • The following fields are removed from the response messages sent to Comtrol when the occupancy information from Stay is requested by Comtrol using the phone extension associated with the room in which the guest has been registered, or the account identifier of the guest, or the room number assigned to the guest:

  • The Guest ID field included in the following messages sent to Comtrol is assigned a unique identifier that is 10-digits in length. Previously, this field was assigned the value of the guest identifier associated with the guest profile which consisted of 24 alphanumeric characters:
