Stay - Comtrol Integration: Support for Queued Status

The integration with Comtrol is enhanced to support the Queued status, received from Comtrol devices, whenever a resync is initiated from Stay and the device triggers a resync in response to the PMS. Previously, a response was disallowed whenever a resync was initiated.

To support this, when a response is received from the device to be in the Queued status, a progress tracker is displayed in the Re-Sync screen in Stay (Interfaces ➜ On-Premise Settings).
