Stay - Duetto Integration Enhancement

The Stay - Duetto integration is enhanced to retrieve the comp rates for a casino patron from multiple properties configured in Duetto. Previously, the comp rates were retrieved from a single location only.

To support this enhancement, a new checkbox, Multi Property Duetto Comp Rates, has been added to the Player Rates section of the Duetto interface (All Settings à Administration à Interface and Channel Management à Settings à Duetto). This checkbox is deselected by default. When this checkbox is selected, the comp rates for a casino patron are retrieved from multiple locations in Duetto and displayed for the rate plans and room types in the Book a Reservation screen.

Users must configure the property codes obtained from Duetto for retrieving the comp rates in the Location field in the Player Rates section of the Duetto interface in Stay. Users must enter the property codes separated by a comma in this field.

When the property is integrated with Agilysys Book, the comp rates will be retrieved for the patron only from the first property configured in the Location field and displayed in Book. The comp rates will not be retrieved from the remaining property codes configured in this field.
