Stay-HINT Integration
Stay is enhanced to integrate with HINT, a software used for communicating with the different systems that are integrated with a property which include applications to manage A/R accounts, perform digital check-ins, and so on.
When any of the following transactions are made to the folio of a reservation, group, or house account, the details of the transactions are sent from Stay to HINT:

Posting a charge

Posting a credit

Adjusting a charge

Manual transfer of charges, credits, and payments

Routing the posted charges through a routing rule

Making a payment

Closing a folio

Reopening a closed folio
In addition to the mentioned transactions, the details of the empty folios for which no transactions are performed are sent from Stay for the group masters in Definite status, house accounts, and when reservations are marked as Cancelled or No-Show. Also, HINT is notified when a date roll is performed in Stay and the accounting date is closed.
System Changes
To support this integration, a new interface, Hotel Integration (HINT), has been added to the Interface Channel Management screen (All Settings ➜ Administration ➜ Interface And Channel Management) that allows users to configure values for the required fields.
