Stay - Shopify Gift Card Integration

Agilysys Stay integrates with Shopify Gift Card, allowing guests to use Shopify gift cards as a payment method during their stay at a property. Through this integration, users can perform the following operations:

• Check gift card balances

• Redeem gift cards to settle a reservation’s folio balance

• Refund the amount redeemed

Shopify gift cards cannot be issued from Stay. Gift cards can be issued, and the amount can be loaded only through the Shopify portal. Once issued in Shopify, the gift card can be validated and redeemed in Stay.
