Overview

The Settings module allows users to set up rooms, housekeeping staffs, services, configure rates, define deposit and cancellation policies, create roles, import and export details at the Agilysys Stay property.

The Settings module contains the following tabs:

  • General - allows users to set up general settings, classify room types and general area types, assign rooms, add profile preferences and data retention policies, and map them to the guest type

  • Back Of House - allows users to configure housekeeping details, manage lost and found settings to retrieve the details of lost and found items at the property, and activate pet settings

  • Accounting - allows users to set up categories, subcategories, payment methods, and credit cards

  • Reservations - allows users to create market segments, sources of business, define guest types and segments and add third-party reservation sources

  • Administration - allows users to create user accounts, manage interfaces and channels, and import and export details of the property

  • Templates - allows users to custom messages for guest folios, cancellations, confirmations, registration cards, and invoices

  • Comp Accounting Configuration - allows users to enable/disable comp accounting for the property and issue an admin or manager offers with or without CMS integration.
