Enhancements to AR Unapplied Payments Report (Dynamic)
The AR Unapplied Payments report (Dynamic) in Stay has been enhanced to display the aging details of unapplied payments made to A/R accounts.
Enhancements to AR Aging Forecast Details Report (Dynamic)
To ensure better visibility for financial analysis, the following enhancements have been made to the AR Aging Forecast Details report (Dynamic) to provide more clarity on the transactions performed in the A/R accounts and their balances.
Display Total Unapplied Payments Available for A/R Accounts
Stay is enhanced to display the total unapplied payments available for an A/R account in the following areas:

The Unapplied Payments section of the A/R account

The statements generated for the account manually

The AR Unapplied Payments report (Dynamic)
Print and Email Documents from Documents Section
Stay is enhanced to allow users to print or email the documents available for reservations directly from the Document Attachment section without having to download the document first.
Configure POS Account Lookup Settings
Stay is enhanced to allow users to configure account-lookup settings for POS systems based on the primary and secondary guests associated with a reservation.
Categorize Offers as Qualified or Unqualified
Stay is enhanced to allow users to categorize offers as either qualified or unqualified and send details of the selected offers to Bally CMP.
Select Offers to be Sent to Bally CMP
Stay is enhanced to allow users to configure the offer details to be sent to Bally CMP. The property must be integrated with Bally CMP to use this feature.
Stay - Shopify Gift Card Integration
Agilysys Stay integrates with Shopify Gift Card, allowing guests to use Shopify gift cards as a payment method during their stay at a property.
Associate Default Payment Method with Default Folios
Stay is enhanced to allow users to associate a default payment method with the default folios of groups and house accounts in addition to reservations.
Send Bill Code and Comp Balance Details to ACSC
The Stay - Advanced Casino System Corporation (ACSC) integration is enhanced to send the bill code and comp-balance details of casino patrons whenever a routing rule is added to a reservation manually or automatically when associated with a rate plan/package from the following areas:
