Coupons

Properties can create new coupons like a discount for food and beverage or a coupon to use the spa and so on, to guests during their stay at the property.

Perform the following to create a new coupon:

Navigate to Settings à All Settings à Templates à Coupons.

The Coupons Setup page is displayed with a list of all the active coupons. Coupons can be sorted by using Name, Description, and Status. Coupons can be searched by using the coupon name. Users can enable the Show Inactive checkbox to view coupons that are deactivated.

Click Add. The Add Coupon page is displayed.

Refer to the following table for options to set up a template for the coupon:

Field	Description
Active	Enable the checkbox to activate the coupon.
Name	Enter a name for the coupon.
Description	Enter a brief description for the coupon.
Coupon Template	Enter the text to be displayed on the printed coupon. Keywords can be used from the List Of Keywords section and added to the Coupon Template section.

Click Save. The coupon is added to the setup.

A coupon can be edited by clicking on the coupon name’s link in the Coupon Setup page.

A coupon can be deactivated by disabling the Active button on the Edit Coupon screen.
