Guest Self Service

Guest Self Service is a guest-facing feature of Agilysys Stay that works on any standard tablet or laptop. It is a simple contactless guest-driven workflow that properties can configure to provide a personal touch.

Guests can self-check in or out, generate room keys, upgrade their room, and include add-on components for their reservation, and view helpful options like hotel maps and other information using Guest Self Service.

Properties can customize the color and display images, labels, and messaging, look and feel, and configure the functionalities to be presented to a guest.
