Multi Currency

The Multi Currency feature enables the setting up of foreign currency exchange rate and surcharge amount to be charged during the currency exchange at the property.

The feature setting named Multi Currency must be enabled to set the foreign currency exchange rates and surcharges.

Perform the following steps to add a currency and set it up:

Navigate to Settings à All Settings à Accounting à Multi Currency.

Click Add to add a new currency.

Select the currency and save.

Set the currency exchange rate, the surcharge, and the rounding value.

Set the status as active or inactive.

Click Save to save the exchange set up for the currency.
