Policies and Codes

This menu includes the following options:

• VIP Status - allows users to create VIP status to identify important guests to the property

• Deposit Policies - allows users to define the different deposit policies that the property would like to enforce

• Cancellation Policies - allows users to create cancellation policy that are associated with a rate plan and are enforced during the cancellation of a reservation

• Lost Business Tracking - allows users to create lost business tracking reasons to track the lost business
