Property
The Property option allows users to set up the property settings such as tenant/customer name, tenant/customer ID, property name, and property code when the user signs in to Agilysys Stay for the first time.
If the user needs to make a change to this information, contact Agilysys.
Perform the following steps to set up the contact details for the property:
Navigate to Settings ➜ All Settings ➜ Property, buildings, & outlets (under General). The Property tab displays by default.
Refer to the following table and fill in the fields to set up the property:

The default check-in time for the property. |

Indicate Urgent Arrivals/Departures |
The hours/minutes before the estimated time of arrival or departure of the guest at which the urgent indicator should be displayed. |
Time Zone |
The time zone of the property. |
Language |
The default language of the property. |
Locale |
The default locale of the property. |
Property Logo |
A unique logo for the property. |
Default Rate Plan |
The default rate plan. |
Default Properties |
Select all or specific properties to be set as default. |
Allow Revoke Keys |
Enable the flag to allow users to revoke the physical and digital keys issued for the room assigned to reservations. This feature is applicable for digital keys issued via Express Mobile only. |
Default Commission |

Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. It information displays all confirmation and cancellation emails, folios, invoices, statements, and other reports.
Enter the email address in the Email field provided to Agilysys when establishing the tenant. It will be used as the originating email address for all outgoing emails from Agilysys Stay.
Contact Agilysys to change the email address associated with the tenant.
Enter the standard check-in and checkout time for the property. The check-in and checkout times specified impact many areas, including late checkout time and key creation (if the user has a key interface).
The time zone impacts the date and time that Agilysys Stay displays and all date and time-driven events like check-in and checkout times, batch operations, and more. Be sure to set this field appropriately.
Enter the hours/minutes before the estimated time of arrival or departure of the guest at which the urgent indicator should be displayed. These are optional fields and are visible only when the Estimated Time of Arrival/Departure feature setting is enabled.
An urgency indicator will be displayed for all reservations that fall in this time frame in the following screens when the set threshold time is reached:

The indicator will continue to be displayed until any one of the following conditions is met:

The estimated time of arrival or departure of the guest is reached.

The guest checks in or checks out from the property.
Click Choose File option to upload the Property Logo from the computer to display in the application and on reports, folios, and other printed materials.
Only JPG, GIF, or PNG file types are supported. Logo files must be 50KB in size or smaller.
Click Save. A new property is created.
