Reservation Welcome Script

Properties can add a welcome script that can be read out to guests while they check in.

Perform the following to add a standard welcome script:

Navigate to Settings à All Settings à Templates à Reservation Welcome Script.

Create a script in the Template text box using the available keywords.

Click Save to save the script.

The welcome script will pop up when a user opens the reservation page, and the script can be opted to repeat.
