Rooms & Room Types

The Rooms & Room Types menu includes the following options:

• Room Presets - allows users to set up the class, bed, category, and features for a room.

• Room Types - allows users to set up the room type, features, and description.

• General Area Types - allows users to set up the area types and description.

• Property Configuration - allows users to add a general area to the building, add calendar dates for the inventory, and add a description.

• Room Assignment - allows users to assign rooms on rack order or room usage.

• Room Type Conversion - allows users to reconfigure rooms to different room types seamlessly without impacting historical reservations and creating a new room.

• Checkout Operations - allows users to set up checkout related operations like creating inventory blocks.

• Overbooking - highlights overbooking in reservations when enabled.
