Schedule Deposit Due

Scheduled deposits allows the property to create a deposit policy with configurable deposit schedules. For example, a hotel may have a deposit policy that requires $100 at the time of booking and then the full payment 30 days prior to arrival.

The feature also enables the property to view a list of reservations which have deposits due and be able to collect them using the Collect Deposit Due option. Agilysys Stay can be configured to send an email to the guest for a configurable number of days prior to the deposit being charged. Along with deposit due notifications, guests can also receive information about the success/failure of the deposit collected.
