Dynamic Reports

Overview

Dynamic Reports refers to the new reporting framework available in Agilysys Stay. This new reporting framework is displayed as the Dynamic Reports option (Reports à Dynamic Reports) and is available for all customers.

This new reporting framework includes several additional capabilities along with the regular options available in the existing reporting framework. These include the ability to:

Choose the columns, column names, and orders visible on each support report.
Quickly save your column, grouping, sort and filter preferences into your own custom report.
Schedule your custom reports to be delivered daily, weekly or monthly straight to your e-mail inbox.
Major performance improvements resulting in reports that can be run for over 1 year at a time.
Support for Year-Over-year, Month-to-Date and Year-to-Date is being added to relevant reports.
Save your frequently used reports under User Favorites Column.
