Housekeeping Productivity Report
The Housekeeping Productivity Report allows users to track the performance of the housekeeping staff working on the service requests created at the property. The time taken for the staff to complete the service requests, that is, for the service requests in the In-Progress status to be marked as Completed, are monitored by this report.
Perform the following steps to generate the report:
Navigate to Reports à Dynamic Reports à Housekeeping à Housekeeping Productivity report.
Refer to the following table and fill in the fields.

Date |
Users can select the preferred date for which the report must be generated. |
From Date To Date |
These fields are displayed when the View By option is selected as Date Range. Users can select the start and end dates for which the report must be generated. |
Staff |
Displays the list of housekeeping staff. Users can select the preferred staff to be included in the report. |
Click Run to generate the report.
Click Save to save the report under User Favorites section.

Service Completed By Type |
List of each of the services completed by the staff for the selected date. |
Room Type |
Room Type associated with the service completed. |
Service Start Time |
Time when the status of the service was changed to In-Progress. |
Service Completed Time |
Time when the status of the service was changed to Completed. |
Total Time Spent |
Time taken to complete the service. |
Total Points Assigned |
Total points assigned for the service. |
Total Time Assigned |
Total time assigned for the service. |
Average Time/Service |
Average time taken per service per date selected by the staff. This is the average per service. |
Total Services Completed |
Total of all services completed by the staff for the selected date. |
Total Points Planned |
The total number of points based on the total number of services assigned to the staff on the selected date. |
Total Points Completed |
Sum (Total Points Assigned) for all services for the selected date. |
Total Time Planned |
The total time based on the total number of services assigned to the staff on the selected date. |
Total Duration |
Total time spent for the service for the selected date. |
Average Time Spent |
Average time taken per service per day by the staff. |

This section displays the following columns. |
Total Services Completed |
Total of all services completed by the staff from the start of the month till the date selected. |
Total Points Planned |
The total number of points based on the total number of services assigned to the staff from the start of the month until the currently selected date. |
Total Points Completed |
Total points assigned for all services from the start of the month till the date selected. |
Total Time Planned |
The total time based on the total number of services assigned to the staff from the start of the month until the currently selected date. |
Total Duration |
Total time spent for all services from the start of the month till the date selected. |
Average Time Spent |
Average time taken per service per day by the staff. |
Year To Date |
This section displays the following columns. |
Total Services Completed |
Total of all services completed by the staff from the start of the year till the date selected. |
Total Points Planned |
The total number of points based on the total number of services assigned to the staff from the start of the year until the currently selected date. |
Total Points Completed |
Total points assigned for all services from the start of the year till the date selected. |
Total Time Planned |
The total time based on the total number of services assigned to the staff from the start of the year until the currently selected date. |
Total Duration |
Total time spent for all services from the start of the year till the date selected. |
Average Time Spent |
Average time taken per service per day by the staff. |
When user selects the View By option as Date Range, then the same data will be displayed and when each staff is expanded, the data is summed up per service type per day and displayed for the date range selected.
