Housekeeping Services History Report

The Housekeeping Services History Report allows users to track the history of changes made to the housekeeping pattern, housekeeping services, and housekeeping guest services of reservations.

Perform the following steps to generate the report:

Navigate to Reports Dynamic Reports Housekeeping Housekeeping Services History.

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields.

Field

Description

Report Name

Housekeeping Services History

Start Date

Users can select the date on which the service was added or updated. Users can select any date in the past up to the current property date. It is a mandatory field that displays the current property date by default.

End Date

Users can select the date on which the service was added or updated. Users can select any date in the past up to the current property date. It is a mandatory field that displays the current property date by default.

Room Number

It is a multi-select drop-down list that displays the room numbers in the property.

Room type

It is a multi-select drop-down list that displays the room types in the property.

Floor

It is a multi-select drop-down list that displays the floors in the property.

Building

It is a multi-select drop-down list that displays the buildings in the property.

Pattern/Service Request

Displays the following housekeeping services:

  • Housekeeping Pattern

  • Housekeeping Service Request

  • Housekeeping Guest Service Request

Service Request

It is a multi-select drop-down list that displays the services in the property.

Click Run to generate the report.

Click Save to save the report under User Favorites section.

Report Fields

This report displays the following fields:

Field

Description

Room Number

Displays the room numbers along with the building for which the housekeeping service updates were made in the following format: <Room Number>_<Building Name>.

Room Type

Displays the room type along with the building for which the housekeeping service updates were made in the following format: <Room Type>_<Building Name>.

Floor

Displays the floor with the building in which the rooms are present for which the housekeeping service updates were made in the following format: <Floor>_<Building Name>.

Building

Displays the building in which the rooms are present for which the housekeeping service updates were made.

Confirmation Number

  • Displays the confirmation number of the reservation for which the housekeeping service updates were made as a hyperlink.

  • When clicked, user is navigated to the reservation page.

  • When multiple updates are made, an accordion is provided. When collapsed, only the confirmation number and the guest name is displayed. When expanded, all the event history details are displayed.

Guest Name

Displays the guest name associated with the reservation for which the housekeeping service updates were made.

Pattern/Service Request

  • Displays the type of housekeeping update made.

  • When multiple updates are made for an ID, an accordion is provided.

  • When collapsed, only the ID, current pattern and current status are displayed.

  • When expanded, all the event details are displayed.

ID

Displays the housekeeping service ID for which the updates are made.

Current Pattern

Displays the name of the pattern that was last applied to the reservation.

Service Request

Displays the latest service request for the ID.

Current Status

Displays the latest service request status for the ID.

Event

Displays the following types of events:

  • Pattern Change: Displayed when the housekeeping pattern is changed from one existing pattern or custom pattern to another existing pattern or custom pattern for the reservation.

  • Service Added: Displayed when a new service is added to the applied existing housekeeping pattern or to a custom pattern.

  • Service Update: Displayed when the date applied for the existing services inside the applied pattern is modified.

  • Service Removed: Displayed when an existing service is removed from the applied pattern.

  • Service Request Created: Displayed when a new service request is created for the reservation.

  • Staff Assignment: Displayed when a staff is assigned from unassigned or unassigned from being assigned.

  • Staff Update: Displayed when the assigned staff name is changed.

  • Status Update: Displayed when the status is updated for the service request.

  • Severity Update: Displayed when the severity of the status is updated for service request.

  • Service Change: Displayed when a service type is changed for the requested service.

  • Scheduled Date & Time Update: Displayed when a scheduled date or time is added or updated.

Applied Date

Displays the date for which the updated event is being applied for.

From

Displays the original value of the mentioned event that is being changed.

To

Displays the modified value of the mentioned event.

Assigned To

Displays the name of the staff to whom the service request is assigned.

Updated On

Displays the date and time of the update.

Updated By

Displays the username of the user who updated the service or pattern.
