Manager

The Guest List report allows users to view details of the guests staying at a property.

Perform the following steps to generate the report:

Navigate to Reports ➜ Dynamic Reports ➜ Manager ➜ Guest List.

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields.

Field	Description
Report Name	Guest List.
Property	This is a mandatory multi-select drop-down list that allows users to select the properties for report generation. The current property is selected by default.
Start Date	The start date for report generation. This is a mandatory field that allows users to select past or future dates. The current property date is selected by default.
End Date	The end date for report generation. This is a mandatory field that allows users to select past or future dates. The current property date is selected by default.

Click Run to generate the report.

Click Save to save the report under User Favorites section.

This report displays the following fields:

Field	Description
Property	The property in which the guest has stayed.
Guest Name	The guest name displayed as a hyperlink. When clicked, users are navigated to the guest profile in a new tab in the browser. This column can be sorted.
Address Line 1	The first line of the address configured for the guest.
Address Line 2	The second line of the address configured for the guest.
State/ Province	The state/province selected for the guest. This column can be sorted and filtered.
Postal Code	The postal code configured for the guest. This column can be sorted.
Country/ Region	The country/region selected for the guest. This column can be sorted and filtered.
Phone Number	The phone number of the guest.
Email	The email address of the guest.
Guests #	The count of guests associated with the reservation. This column can be sorted.
Non-Registered Guest	Indicated whether the guest staying at the property is a non-registered guest. This column can be sorted and filtered.
