Add-On Revenue Report

The Add-On Revenue Report allows users to track the revenue generated from the add-ons, recurring charges, transaction items marked as room revenue, and non-room revenue transaction items associated with the reservations.

Perform the following steps to generate the report:

Navigate to Reports à Dynamic Reports àRevenue/Forecasting à Add-On Revenue Report.

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields.

Field	Description
Report Name	Add-On Revenue Report
Property	The property for which the report must be generated. Displays the current property by default.
Start Date	The start date from which the reservations must be included for report generation. The current property date is displayed by default. Users can select past and future dates.
End Date	The end date up to which reservations must be included for report generation. Users can select past and future dates.
Loyalty Tier	The loyalty tier of the reservations to be included for report generation. The loyalty tiers configured at the property will be displayed in the drop-down list.
Add-Ons	This is a multi-select drop-down list that displays all the add-ons configured at the property. Users must select the add-ons to be included for report generation.
Room Type	This is a multi-select drop-down list that displays all the room types available at the property. Users must select the room types to be included for report generation.
Group By	Users must select the option based on which the records in the generated report must be grouped and displayed. The following options are displayed in the single-select drop-down list: Rate plan Number of nights Add-Ons Loyalty Tier Casino program tier

Click Run to generate the report.

Click Save to save the report under User Favorites section.

Report Fields

This report displays the following fields:

Field	Description
Group By	The Group By option selected by the users.
Date	The stay dates of a reservation. When the Group By option is selected as Add-Ons and the dates when the add-ons were added to the reservation will be displayed. For the remaining Group By options, all the stay dates of the reservation will be displayed.
Confirmation ID	The confirmation ID of the reservations.
Guest Name	The guest name associated with the reservations.
Arrival	The arrival date of the reservation.
Departure	The departure date of the reservation.
Casino Program Tier	The casino tier name associated with the reservations created. Users can search and filter records using the casino program tier name.
Player ID	The player ID of the casino program. Users can search for a record using the player ID.
Market Segment Code	The market segment code associated with the reservation. Users can search and filter records using the market segment code.
Default Payment Method	The default payment method associated with the reservation.
Status	The status of the reservation.
Loyalty Tier	The loyalty tier associated with the guest.
Room Number	The room number associated with a reservation for a stay date.
Room Type	The room type associated with a reservation for a stay date.
Rate Plan	The rate plan associated with a reservation for a stay date.
Number of Nights	The number of stay nights for a reservation.
Guests	The guest count associated with a reservation.
Room Revenue	The revenue generated from the transaction items marked as room revenue that are posted to a reservation.
Food & Beverages Revenue	The revenue generated from the transaction items mapped to the Food & Beverage category that are posted to a reservation.
Add-Ons Revenue	The revenue generated from the add-ons associated with a reservation.
Other Revenue	The revenue generated for a reservation apart from room revenue, add-ons, and food & beverage.
List of Add-Ons	Displays the code of the add-ons and recurring charges associated with a reservation.
Quantity	Displays the count of add-ons added for a stay night of a reservation.
List of Recurring Charges	Displays the recurring charges added for a stay night of a reservation.
Recurring Charges Revenue	The revenue generated from the recurring charges added for a stay night of a reservation.
