Rooms Status

The Rooms Status report allows users to view a list of current room status and their housekeeping conditions. As a property manager, user can use this report to determine the condition of the property by vacant or occupied rooms, buildings, room type, and/or housekeeping condition.

Perform the following steps to generate the report:

Navigate to Reports à All Reports à Housekeeping à Rooms Status.

Select a date from the calendar to generate dates for the report.

Select which Inventory Statuses field to include on the report.

Choose the Buildings field on the property to include on the report.

Choose the Room Types field to include on the report.

Choose the Housekeeping Conditions field to include on the report.

Click Generate. The report with the selected data appears.

Click Print to send a copy of the report to the printer.

Report Parameters

This report displays the following parameters:

Field

Description

Room Number

The room number that the guest is staying in, if assigned.

Room Type

The type of room that the guest has reserved.

Description

The description of each reservation.

Inventory Status

The rooms' current inventory status.

Housekeeping Condition

The housekeeping condition of each room.

Guest Name

The guest name on the reservation.
