Auto Date Roll

Agilysys Stay has been enhanced to allow a night auditor to take specific actions automatically at date roll. To use this feature, the auditor must specify how to handle any remaining arrivals and departures. Any errors or incomplete processes are displayed in the Night Audit log tab. The following permissions are required to enable this feature:

Only users who have the ScheduleDateRoll permission may set or edit the auto date roll settings. This permission will be added to the default SystemAdministrator and GuestServiceAgentSupervisor roles.
