Batch Operations

The Batch Operations menu contains the following options:

• Registration Card - allows users to print registration cards

• Check-In - allows users to check-in for multiple reservations

• Deposit Due – allows users to collect the deposit due for multiple reservations.

• Settle & Check Out - allows users to settle the charges for stay and print all folios that are scheduled to depart

• Batch Edit – edit the Guest Type, Market Segment, and Source of Business of one or multiple reservations.

• Folio – allows users to view, print, and mail folio details of reservations that are likely to depart on the current property date, the previous day, or the day after the current property date. Users with the Stay_BatchFolioExpectedPayment permission can enable the Show Expected Payment for Departing Guests flag on this tab. When enabled, the authorization details of the reservations are displayed in folio print and email.
