Calculation of Owner RevPar

Based on the date range selected for the calculation of Owner RevPar in the Room Assignment tab, reservations that are created and assigned to rooms at the property for the selected date range are categorized as follows:

Guest reservation
Owner reservation
Friend of owner reservation

The reservations are categorized based on the following criteria:

Reservation	Condition
Owner	Reservations created using owner rate plan and have an owned unit assigned.
Friend of owner	Reservations created using owner rate plan but have a non-ownable unit assigned.
Guest	Reservations created using non-owner rate plan.

Once the reservations are categorized, the Owner RevPar value is calculated for each bedded room based on the following formula:

Owner RevPar = Potential revenue / total available room nights, where the potential revenue generated for the reservations is calculated as follows:

Potential revenue	Guest	Calculated with the rate plan used for booking the reservation. The revenue posted to the reservation from the rate plan includes the nightly room rate, auto recurring fee, and other transaction and inventory items marked as Room Revenue.
Owner	Calculated using the rate plan selected for RevPAR calculation in the Rate Plan for RevPar Calculation drop-down list in the Room Assignment tab. The revenue posted to the reservation from the selected rate plan includes the nightly room rate, auto recurring fee, and other transaction and inventory items marked as Room Revenue. When the selected rate plan does not have a nightly room rate configured, the value configured in the Fallback Rate for RevPar Calculation field is used for the revenue calculation.
Friend of owner	Calculated using the rate plan selected for RevPAR calculation in the Rate Plan for RevPar Calculation drop-down list in the Room Assignment tab. The revenue posted to the reservation from the selected rate plan includes the nightly room rate, auto recurring fee, and other transaction and inventory items marked as Room Revenue. When the selected rate plan does not have a nightly room rate configured, the value configured in the Fallback Rate for RevPar Calculation field is used for the revenue calculation.

When the selected rate plan does not have a nightly room rate configured, the value configured in the Fallback Rate for RevPar Calculation field is used for the revenue calculation.

The potential revenue will be the same for both owner and friend of owner reservations since they are calculated using the same rate plan.

The Total available room nights for each bedded room is calculated as follows: Total number of nights the room is available for booking - Total number of nights with OOO inventory block.
