Comments

Users can add or view comments to the reservation in this section. This section informs the user about the type of comment, its importance, and the history of comments.

Perform the following instructions to add a new comment:

Navigate to Comments à Add a Comment.

The Add a Comment pop-up box appears.

Go through the following table and update the corresponding fields.

The comments about the guest. Enter and prioritize any details that might help to serve the guest better. See Prioritizing and sorting comments.

Type

The type of the profile.

Display Comment in Guest Profile

Enable the checkbox to display the comment as an alert in the guest profile.

Severity

The severity of the request.

Remind me Later

Enable the toggle to display the comment as an alert every time the Reservation is opened.

Click Save.
