Dashboard

The Dashboard module enables the Guest Service Agent to have a comprehensive snapshot and a quick view of the general availability of rooms, upcoming and current group bookings, and a visual representation of the property’s occupancy briefly.

The Dashboard displays the following menus:

• General Availability - allows users to view the room availability for the selected date range

• Group Rooms Control - allows users to view upcoming and current group bookings by date and status

• Tape Chart - a visual representation of the property’s reservations and inventory blocks

• Room Availability - allows the user to view all room types for a date range and the status of their availability
