Rooms Management

The Rooms Management module contains the following menus:

  • Housekeeping - allows users to request housekeeping service, view housekeeping dashboard, set duty for housekeeping, assign housekeeping staff to services and setup the housekeeping module

  • Maintenance - allows users to request maintenance service, view or modify maintenance dashboard, assign duty for the maintenance staff and set up the housekeeping module

  • Room Conditions - allows users to review the housekeeping conditions on the property briefly and make necessary changes per room or in bulk

  • Inventory Blocks – allows users to automatically block room from consumption or being sold to guest

  • Request Services - allows users to define and manage the service requests for the rooms in the property

  • Lost and Found - allows users to view the lost and found dashboard, add reported and found-unclaimed items, and match the lost item
