Search

The Search menu allows users to search for general information about reservations, rooms, profiles, groups, and accounts in the property.

• Reservations - allows users to view information about reservations in the property, reservation statuses, room types allocated for a reservation, and VIP statuses of the guests

• Rooms - allows users to view general information about all rooms in the property and view the housekeeping statuses of the rooms

• Profiles - allows users to manage and view information about the guests, companies, and travel agencies that do business with the property and search for any existing profile

• Groups - allows users to view bookings that include guests, rooms, services, and costs incurred during the stay

• Accounts - allows users to manage and view information about the internal purchases and their current folios and search for any existing accounts
