Set a VIP Status

Users can assign VIP status to guests for added priority. They can select from wide range of options such as Government Officials, Gold Rewards, and much more. Perform the below set of instructions to set a VIP status for a guest.

Navigate to Reservation Summary ➜ VIP.

Click on the VIP button. The Change VIP Status dialog box appears.

Select the appropriate VIP status from the dropdown box.

Click Save.
