Agilysys Stay - OpenAPIV2 Integration Enhancements

The following enhancements have been made to the Stay - OpenAPIV2 integration:

• When a payment is posted from OpenAPIV2 to a group in Stay, the payment method used for making the payment is added to the Payment Methods section of the group master in Stay (Groups ➜Folio & Routing Rules ➜Payment Methods). The payment method can also be added as a default payment method for the group.

• When a payment is posted from OpenAPIV2 to a reservation in Stay, the payment method used for making the payment is added to the Payment Methods section of the reservation in Stay (Reservation ➜Payment Methods). The payment method can also be added as a default payment method for the reservation.

• When a payment is posted from OpenAPIV2 to an A/R account number in Stay, the payment is posted to the Unapplied Payments section of the A/R account and the payment method used is added to the Payment Methods section. The payment method can also be added as a default payment method for the reservation.

• When a payment is posted from OpenAPIV2 to an invoice number of an A/R invoice in Stay, the payment is posted to the corresponding invoice in the Invoices section of the A/R account and the payment method used is added to the Payment Methods section.
