Display Reason for Deposits in Folio Print and Email

Stay is enhanced to display the reason for the deposit payment made for a reservation in the same line as the record for the payment in the Description column when printing and emailing the reservation folios. Previously, the reason for the deposit was displayed below the record created for the payment in the Description column when the reservation folios were emailed and printed.
