Folio ID for Folios

Stay is enhanced to assign a unique folio ID to each folio in the following accounts:

  • Reservation

  • Group

  • House accounts

The folio ID is a numeric value that cannot be modified by the users. The first folio in the account is assigned the value 1 and for each additional folio, the next numeric value in the sequence is assigned. The folio ID is generated for all folios of an account including Comp and Package folios. Folio ID is generated for all accounts irrespective of the account status.

To support this enhancement, a new field, Folio ID, has been added to the folios of reservations, groups, and house accounts.
