New Permissions for Gift Cards

New permissions have been introduced to authenticate users when performing the following operations using gift cards:

Issue card
Load amount
Check balance
Refund payment made

The new permissions must be assigned to users to enable them to perform the mentioned operations in the following areas:

Reservations
Groups
House Accounts
Front Desk à Pantry
Front Desk à Gift Card

The following table lists the new permissions introduced:

Permission	Description	Roles Assigned
Stay_LoadGiftCard	Allows users to perform the following operations: View the Gift Card option in the Front Desk menu. Check the balance of a gift card in the Gift Card screen. Load additional amount to an already issued gift card from the Gift Card screen. Load additional amount to an already issued gift card from the reservation folio. When users without this permission attempt to load a gift card, the following message is displayed: User is not authorized to load gift card. Please provide valid credentials to proceed.	All system-defined roles and custom roles.
Stay_IssueGiftCard	Allows users to perform the following operations: View the Gift Card option in the Front Desk menu. Check the balance of a gift card in the Gift Card screen. Issue and load new gift cards from the Gift Card screen. Issue and load new gift cards from the reservation folio. Users with this permission cannot add additional funds to an existing gift card unless the Stay_LoadGiftCard permission is also assigned. When users without this permission attempt to issue a gift card, the following message is displayed: User is not authorized to issue gift card. Please provide valid credentials to proceed. Stay_RefundGiftCard	Allows users to perform the following operations: View the Gift Card option in the Front Desk menu. Check the balance of a gift card in the Gift Card screen. Initiate refunds for the payments made using gift cards in reservation and group folios. When users without this permission attempt to refund a payment made using gift cards, the following message is displayed: User is not authorized to refund. Please provide valid credentials to proceed. Stay_GiftCardPayment	Allows users to perform the following operations: View the Gift Card option in the Front Desk menu. Check the balance of a gift card in the Gift Card screen. Make payments using gift cards in reservations, groups, and house account folios. When users without this permission attempt to make payments using gift cards, the following message is displayed: User is not authorized to make payment. Please provide valid credentials to proceed. When a user is not assigned any of the mentioned permissions, Gift Card option in the Front Desk menu will not be displayed and the user will not be able to make payments with gift cards.
