Recurring Charges Report (Dynamic)

A new Dynamic report, Recurring Charges, has been added to the Front Desk section of the Reporting screen (Reports Dynamic Reports) that allows users to track the recurring charges posted to reservations.

Users can generate this report for the following report generation parameters:

Field

Description

Date (From)

The start date from which the report must be generated. This is a mandatory field that displays the current property date by default. Past dates cannot be selected. Users can select future dates.

Date (To)

The end date up to which the report must be generated. This is a mandatory field that displays the current property date by default. Users can select a date that is a maximum of 30 days from the start date. Past dates cannot be selected.

Category

This is an optional multi-select drop-down list that displays the categories available at the property. Users can select the preferred categories with which the recurring charges are associated.

Subcategory

This is an optional multi-select drop-down list that displays the sub-categories available at the property. Users can select the preferred sub-categories with which the recurring charges are associated.

Item Type

This is an optional multi-select drop-down list that allows users to select from the following types of recurring charges to be included in the report:

  • Transaction Items

  • Inventory Items
