Send Folio Number of Transactions to Agilysys Pay

Stay is enhanced to send the folio number of the transactions performed in Stay to Agilysys Pay to facilitate easier reconciliation of the transactions in the payment gateway.

Property Setting

A new flag, Use Folio Number for Payment, has been added to the Credit Card section of the Agilysys Pay Setup screen (All Settings ➜ Accounting ➜ Agilysys Pay Setup).

When this flag is enabled, the folio number or the account number of the transactions that are performed in Stay are sent in the Invoice ID field to Pay. This is used by the payment gateway for reconciliation of transactions. When the folio number is not available, the reservation ID, group ID or house account ID will be sent in the Invoice ID field.
