Stay - OpenAPIV2 Integration Enhancement

The Stay - OpenAPIV2 integration is enhanced to send details of the auto recurring fee rules configured with rates based on age categories and seasons for individual transaction, inventory items and add-ons selected for the rules in Stay to the OpenAPIV2 interface.

Previously, the ARF rules configured based on age categories and seasons were not sent from Stay.

Contact Agilysys to set up the OpenAPIV2 interface for the property.

Details of the following ARF rules configured in Stay (Settings ➜ Guest Accounting ➜ Auto Recurring Fees) are sent to the OpenAPIV2 interface:

  • Default Fees

  • Single Condition Rules

  • Multi Condition Rules

Users can configure rates based on age categories and seasons for ARF rules in the Pricing tab of the following pop-up screens:

  • Guest Accounting ➜ Auto Recurring Fees ➜ Default Fees ➜ Add/Edit

  • Guest Accounting ➜ Auto Recurring Fees ➜ Single Condition Rules ➜ Add/Edit

  • Guest Accounting ➜ Auto Recurring Fees ➜ Multi Condition Rules ➜ Add/Edit

In addition to the existing details sent for the ARF rules, the following details configured in the Pricing tab of the mentioned pop-up screens are sent from Stay:

Age-Based Rates

The following details of age-based rates configured for a rule are sent to the OpenAPIV2 interface:

  • Start date

  • End date

  • Rate configured for the Adult age category

  • Rate configured for the Child age category

Season-Based Rates

The following details of season-based rates configured for a rule are sent to the OpenAPIV2 interface:

  • Start date

  • End date

  • Rate configured for the selected date range
