Stay UI Enhancements

For a better user experience, UI enhancements have been made to the following screens in Stay:

Room Rack Screen

The look and feel of the Room Rack screen (Front Desk ➜ Room Rack) has been enhanced.

Transportation Information Screen

• The look and feel of the General and Transport tabs in the Transportation Information screen (All Settings ➜ Reservations ➜ Transportation Information) has been enhanced.

• The Active checkbox in the Add pop-up screen that appears when users click Add in the Transport tab has been modified to a flag.

Travel Information Screen

The look and feel of the General, Travel Type, and Locations tabs in the Travel Information screen (All Settings ➜ Reservations ➜ Travel Information) has been enhanced.

Cancellation Template Screen

The look and feel of the Cancellation Template Setup screen (All Settings ➜ Templates ➜ Cancellation) has been enhanced. When integrated with Agilysys Digital Marketing, the Automatically Send Cancellation Email checkbox will be displayed at the top of the template editor in the Email and Print tabs of the screen. Previously, this checkbox was displayed at the bottom of the editor.

Confirmation Template Screen

The look and feel of the Confirmation Template Setup screen (All Settings ➜ Templates ➜ Confirmation) has been enhanced. When integrated with Agilysys Digital Marketing, the Automatically Send Confirmation Email checkbox will be displayed at the top of the template editor in the Email and Print tabs of the screen. Previously, this checkbox was displayed at the bottom of the editor.

Phone Call Management Screen

The following changes have been made to the Phone Call Management screen (All Settings ➜ General ➜ Phone Call Management):

• The Use call allowances checkbox has been modified to a flag.

• A time picker has been added to the Daily Allowance Reset field. Previously, users had to manually enter the time in the input fields.

• The alignment and look and feel of the fields in the Allowance Per Day section has been enhanced.

Adjust Charge Reasons Screen

The following changes have been made to the Adjust Charge Reasons screen (All Settings ➜ Reservations ➜ Adjust Charge Reasons):

• The Show Inactive checkbox has been renamed as Include Inactive and modified to a flag.

• In the Add pop-up screen that appears when users click Add, the Active checkbox has been modified to a flag.

• The following message will be displayed when no reasons are available to be displayed: No reasons are available. Click Add in the top right corner to create a reason.

Property Setup ➜ Language & Locale Tab

The following changes have been made to the Language & Locale tab of the Property Setup screen (All Settings ➜ General ➜ Property, Buildings & Outlets ➜ Language & Locale):

• The options available in the Display Style field of the Currency section were previously listed in a drop-down list and are now displayed as radio buttons.

• The options available in the Long Date, Short Date, and Time fields in the Date/Time section were previously listed in a drop-down list and are now displayed as radio buttons.

Property Setup ➜ Auto Check Out

The following changes have been made to the Auto Check Out tab of the Property Setup screen (All Settings ➜ General ➜ Property, Buildings & Outlets ➜ Auto Check Out):

• A time picker has been added to the Auto Check Out After field. Previously, users had to manually enter the time in the input fields.

• The alignment and look and feel of the fields have been enhanced.

Multi Currency Screen

The following changes have been made to the Multi Currency screen (All Settings ➜ Accounting ➜ Multi Currency):

• The Show Inactive checkbox has been renamed as Include Inactive and modified to a flag.

• In the Add pop-up screen that appears when users click Add, the Active checkbox has been modified to a flag.

• The alignment of the fields has been enhanced.

• A search field has been added to allow users to search records using the currency name and code.

Email Notification Screen

The following changes have been made to the Email Notification screen ((All Settings ➜ Templates ➜ Schedule Deposit Due):

• The Deposit Due, Success, and Failure tabs have been removed and added as separate sections in the Schedule Deposit Email Templates tab.

• The Clear option in the Email Template field in each section has been modified to an icon(x).

• The alignment and look and feel of the fields in each section has been enhanced.

Data Retention Management Screen

The following changes have been made to the Data Retention Management screen (All Settings ➜ General ➜ Data Retention Management):

• The Show Inactive checkbox in the Retention Policy tab has been modified to a flag.

• Retention Policy tab

  • The Guest Data Retention Policy tab has been renamed as Guest Data.

  • The Guest Consent Policy tab has been renamed as Guest Consent.

  • The Company & Travel Agent Data Retention Policy has been renamed as Company & Travel Agent Data.

• The Active checkbox in the Add Data Retention Policy and Add Guest Consent Policy pop-up screens has been modified to a flag.

• Policy Mapping tab

  • The Data Retention Policy tab has been renamed as Data Retention.

  • The Consent Policy tab has been renamed as Guest Consent.

  • A new column, Policy Status, has been added to the Data Retention and Guest Consent tabs.
