Stay is enhanced to send the details of the Room Blocks created or modified for groups in the Definite, Inquiry, Prospect, and Tentative statuses from Stay to Agilysys Sales & Catering.
Associate Auto Recurring Fee Rule with Groups
Stay is enhanced to allow users to associate an Auto Recurring Fee (ARF) Rule with groups that are in the Inquiry, Prospect, and Tentative statuses.
Apply Single Condition ARF Rules to Group Types
Stay is enhanced to allow users to create Single Condition Auto Recurring Fee Rules that can be associated with groups in the following statuses:
- Definite
- Inquiry
- Prospect
- Tentative
Modifications to Revenue by Room Type Report (Dynamic)
The Revenue by Room Type Report (Dynamic) is modified to calculate the summary of the Occupancy %, ADR, REVPAR, and Owner’s REVPAR columns and display them in a date-wise manner.

The Travel Agent Commissions Report (Dynamic) is enhanced to display the contact details associated with the selected travel agent profile.
Ability to Export the Accounts Receivable Dashboard
Stay is enhanced to allow users to export the information displayed in the Accounts Receivable dashboard as a CSV file.
Enhancements to Assigning Rooms from the Tape Chart Screen
Stay is enhanced to allow users to assign rooms to reservations whose arrival dates range from the current property date up to a maximum of 14 days in the future from the Tape Chart screen.

Ability to Transfer Amount to Departed Groups
Stay is enhanced to allow users to transfer an amount from reservations, groups, A/R accounts, and house accounts to departed groups.

Agilysys Stay-Agilysys Authorize integration is enhanced to allow properties to perform an authorization on the guest’s credit cards and save them as payment methods in reservations, groups, and A/R accounts.
