Stay is enhanced to allow users to classify properties based on segments created for a tenant in Agilysys Platform.
Dashboard for Service Type Progress
Stay is enhanced to display the progress made by housekeeping staff on the housekeeping service requests created across all the service types available at the property, in a new dashboard in the Housekeeping screen.
Dashboard for Progress of Service Requests by Staff
Stay is enhanced to display the individual progress made by each housekeeping team or staff on-duty for service requests assigned to them, in a new dashboard in the Housekeeping screen.
Display Count of Assigned Services in the Housekeeping Assignment Dashboard
Stay is enhanced to display the count of the housekeeping service requests assigned to each housekeeping staff on-duty created across multiple service types for the current property date in the Assigned Services section of the Housekeeping screen.
Additional Validations to Add, Remove, or Modify Direct Bill Payment Method
New permissions have been introduced in Stay to validate and allow only authenticated users to perform the following operations:

Add a Direct Bill payment method to reservations and groups

Modify the Direct Bill payment method added to reservations and groups

Modify the payment method of a folio to Direct Bill

Select the destination of a routing rule as a Direct Bill account

Add a preconfigured routing rule template with the destination account selected as Direct Bill to reservations and groups.

Make payments for A/R invoices that contain transferred charges.
Assign Rooms Based on Guest Preferences
Stay is enhanced to allow users to assign rooms to multiple reservations based on the guest’s preferences in the following screens:

Display Notifications in Housekeeping Screen
Stay displays a notification in the Housekeeping screen for the following:

When a guest checks out from the property.

When a room assignment is modified from one on-duty housekeeping staff to another on-duty housekeeping staff.

When the housekeeping service requests assigned for a room are modified.
Automated Key Access to Non-Room Access Areas
Stay is enhanced to allow properties to add, edit, and delete automated key access to non- room spaces in the property.
Dashboard for Housekeeping Forecast
Stay is enhanced to display the information forecasted for various metrics for a property in a dashboard on the housekeeping screen.
Validate Group Rooming List
Stay is enhanced to validate the details provided by the users in the Excel file used for importing the rooming list for groups.
Comments Report (Dynamic)
A new Dynamic report, Comments, has been added to the Front Desk section of the Reporting screen (Reports ➜ Dynamic Reports ➜ Front Desk) that allows users to view the comments entered for the guest profiles, reservations, and travel agent profiles.
Associate Routing Rules with Travel Agent Profiles
Stay is enhanced to allow users to associate a routing rule template configured at the property with the travel agent profiles.
Apply Group Third-Party Source and Confirmation Numbers to Reservations
Stay is enhanced to allow users to add a third-party source and confirmation number to groups from the Reservation Presets tab.
Add Third-Party Confirmation Numbers in Groups with Special Characters
Stay is enhanced to allow users to add third-party confirmation numbers in groups (Group ➜ Group Booking ➜ Details ➜ Confirmation) with special characters.
Improve User Experience When Changing Room Type or Swapping Rooms
To improve the user experience when users perform the following operations, the Modify Stay screen in Stay is enhanced to display a comparison of the room type, room number, and rate details of the current and newly selected room type/room number for a reservation in a new tab:

Change the room type of reservation

Add-On Revenue Report
A new Dynamic report, Add-On Revenue Report, has been added to the Revenue/Forecasting section of the Reporting screen (Reports ➜ Dynamic Reports ➜ Revenue/Forecasting) that allows users to track the revenue generated from the add-ons associated with the reservations.
IATA Number for Rate Plans and Packages
Stay is enhanced to enforce the addition of an IATA number for the reservations booked from third-party systems.
Folio ID for Folios
Stay is enhanced to assign a unique folio ID to each folio in the following accounts:

Receive Payment Method Details from ACRS
The Agilysys Stay - Amadeus CRS (ACRS) integration is enhanced to save the payment method details sent for reservations.
Display Reason for Key Revocation/Expiration
Stay is enhanced to display an indicator when the digital keys generated for a reservation are revoked.
Stay - Comtrol Integration Enhancements
The Agilysys Stay - Comtrol integration is enhanced to support the following functionality:
