Stay allows users to configure a separate adjustment transaction item for each transaction item in Guest Accounting.
Enhancements to Including Add-Ons in Deposit and Cancellation Policies
Stay is enhanced to allow users to include add-ons in the deposit and cancellation policies created by the properties.
Display Add-Ons Count for Reservations Booked from OTAs
Stay is enhanced to display the count of add-ons added to a reservation on the AON badge present on the Reservation Summary section of the reservation when the Enhanced Add-Ons feature setting is enabled.

Display Alerts for Concurrent Users
Stay is enhanced to alert users when screens are accessed concurrently by a different user(s).
Alert Users of Conflicting Reservations and Inventory Blocks
Stay is enhanced to alert users when a room with conflicts is assigned to a reservation from the Change Room pop-up screen.
Charge Guests When Shipping Lost and Found Items
Stay is enhanced to allow properties to charge a guest when an item reported as lost is claimed by the guest and shipped to them.
Lost and Found Items Report (Dynamic)
A new Dynamic report, Lost and Found Items, has been added that allows users to track the records created for an item in the Lost and Found screen.
Restrict Users from Modifying Redemption Reservations
Stay is enhanced to restrict users from modifying redemption reservations or reservations for which offers were redeemed.
Provide Room Recommendations Based on Guest Stay History
Stay is enhanced to recommend rooms to users based on guests’ preferences and stay history at the property, when booking reservations.
Display Indicator, Reason, and History for Expired/Revoked Keys
Stay is enhanced to display an indicator and the reason when physical or digital keys generated for a room have expired or are revoked.
Reverse Routed Charges from Group Masters
Stay is enhanced to allow users to reverse the charges that were routed to a group master using a reservation routing rule back to the source reservation.

Stay is enhanced to allow users to create same-day reservations both for the current property date and future dates.
Deposit Policies for Groups
Stay is enhanced to allow users to create deposit policies that can be associated with a group master in the Tentative and Definite statuses.

A new Dynamic report, Deposit Failure, has been that allows users to track the unsuccessful payments made for the deposit due in reservations and groups.
Advance Payment/Deposit Report
The Advance Payment/Deposit Report (Dynamic) previously called the Reservation Deposit Report (Dynamic) tracks the deposit amount collected for reservations and groups.
Configure Maximum Guest Count Allowed for Add-Ons
Stay is enhanced to allow users to configure the maximum count of guests allowed to utilize the individual or package add-ons added to a reservation.
Housekeeping Productivity Report (Dynamic)
A new Dynamic report, Housekeeping Productivity Report, has been added that allows users to track the performance of the housekeeping staff working on the service requests created at the property.
Stay-HINT Integration
Stay is enhanced to integrate with HINT, a software used for communicating with the different systems that are integrated with a property which include applications to manage A/R accounts, perform digital check-ins, and so on.
Alerts to Monitor Credit Limit
Stay is enhanced to alert users to maintain the credit limit by configuring a threshold value for each authorization rule configured by the property.

New Filter Option Added to Travel Agency Commissions Dashboard
Stay is enhanced to allow users to filter records in the Travel Agency Commissions dashboard based on the commission type configured for the travel agents, that is, percentage or flat fee.
Display Contracted Values of Groups in Group Rooms Control Screen
Stay is enhanced to display the number of rooms contracted for a group in the Group Rooms Control screen.
